Constant Cloud Backup (excludes Windows & applications folder)

Tier 3

First Class - $99.95/mo/system

INCLUDES:

Everything in Business (Tier 2) AND

Work From HOme Remote Desktop

M365 Business Standard (with exchange mailbox)

Phone Support

Remote Consultation Services (RCS) available on an hourly basis. Scheduled RCS are available at $60/hr. On-Demand RCS are available at $90/hr.

Full managed IT services start at $125/mo/system and include remote consultation services at no charge.

How It Works

1. Pick the tier of service that works best for your business.

2. Complete the questionnaire below with all required information.

3. Add support@cyams.net to your address book to make sure you receive our emails.

4. Wait for our email and follow the instructions to add our remote client to your system.

*** the email you provide below is the email we will use for providing services and billing

*** after the 1st billed hour of RCS, additional time will be billed in 15 minute increments

***RCS will be invoiced and charged on the day of service and separately from support tiers

What You Need to Know

All support levels require a one year (12 month) commitment

Early cancellation will require remaining balance of 12 month contract due because of licensing commitments

The “First Class” tier of service is the ONLY tier with phone support. Economy & Business have email support only.
